Our beautiful New York light grey porcelain tiles are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and have a minimal concrete effect print. Manufactured in a 600x600x10mm they are perfect if you want to extend your living space and take them outside onto a patio area as they have a PVT value of 36 so providing that added slip resistance you would require in external areas.
Laura says ‘we selected New York Light Grey porcelain tiles for our extension for a few reasons. We wanted to create an indoor/ outdoor seamless effect where our interior space extended out onto the patio to add the visual of having more square footage. Therefore we needed a tile that was suitable for both interior and exterior use. We also wanted a minimalist yet understated finish, I like the finish and texture of concrete so we felt this range of tiles replicated that well’
Before
Laura’s Kitchen before the renovation was a small dark area where her kitchen was crying out for some TLC.
Her house from the back had a small lean-to building which also required updating.
The area they designed is a stunning, bright open plan space with plenty of room to entertain and enjoy time with her family. Selecting the New York light Grey with its bright light colour tone was perfect for opening up the space and creating an extension to their living space by taking it through to the patio.
Laura also selected our ‘New York medium grey’ porcelain tile for her bathroom floor. Laura detailed ‘We chose New York medium grey’ porcelain tile for our bathroom floor as we wanted to continue the texture throughout the new part of the house but wanted to show distinction between areas. I love the colour of the mid grey, it’s slate like and perfect for a modern space.
We had a few questions about the suitability of the tiles which were all answered promptly with obvious product knowledge and confidence.
