AN UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
As an online retailer we are following government advice that 'online retail is to remain open and is encouraged'. We are a small team, so we can also provide the appropriate safe working environment and are following all guidelines.
We are all facing exceptional circumstances. As a service provider and tight-knit team, we are balancing our desire to keep all of you supported with our reliable service and the safety and well being of our team and families.
We are working closely with our 3rd party couriers to ensure all our kerb-side pallet and parcel courier deliveries are delivered safely. There is no requirement to come in contact with the driver. All drivers will sign for the delivery on your behalf, and if you have received a pallet delivery they will also take a picture of the pallet in location to prove delivery.

Product availability - We are not currently experiencing any delays in supply.
Delivery - Premium services cannot be guaranteed. You will however receive regular updates regarding your delivery as much as possible.
Customer Service - We will also continue to work with you on your projects whether via phone, email, live chat or social media. Our sample service is also a great way to receive samples through the post if you wish to take a look the colour and finish of a tile prior to ordering
