AN UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

As we are an online retailer you can shop our range of tiles from the comfort of your sofa, and have your purchase delivered to your home.

We are working closely with our 3rd party couriers to ensure all our kerb-side pallet and parcel courier deliveries are delivered safely. There is no requirement to come in contact with the driver. All drivers will sign for the delivery on your behalf, and if you have received a pallet delivery they will also take a picture of the pallet in location to prove delivery.

Product availability - We are currently have a number of lines out of stock owing to very high demand and factory closures. All of our products are in production and containers arriving every week, so please contact us by phone or email and we can advise you of our lead-times and add you to our back order list. To guarantee your stock we would recommend going into our back order list as some lines are pre-selling before they arrive.

Samples - Sample orders are being picked as normal, however owing to delays with Royal Mail service we can't guarantee a next day delivery service. The delivery of all samples will be subject to your postcode area and whether they are running a full service, so please bear in mind that samples could to up to a week to arrive in some cases.

Delivery - Premium Next Day, AM & PM services cannot be guaranteed at this present time. The pallet network is continuing to receive unprecedented amounts of freight as more people choose to order goods for home delivery, so there are delays in some areas of the country. You will however receive regular updates regarding your delivery as much as possible. Most deliveries are running on a 2-3 day delivery window.

Customer Service - We continue to work with you on your projects whether via phone, email, live chat or social media. Our Customer Service teams are experiencing much higher volumes, so may not be able to reply straight away. We are endeavoring to answer all emails as quickly as possible, however they may take up to 2 working days to reply.

Our sample service is also a great way to receive samples through the post if you wish to take a look the colour and finish of a tile prior to ordering.
